Check the Cemetery Records<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Contact the city cemetery, as well as any other cemeteries in the area. Submit a written request in two copies asking whether the baby was buried and, if so, when and where. Request that the records for the entire year be checked.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

File a Criminal Complaint<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

If the documents contain inaccuracies, alterations, or other inconsistencies, contact the competent public prosecutor\u2019s office. Title your complaint \u201cCriminal Complaint Against an Unknown Person on Suspicion of the Abduction of a Baby.\u201d Describe the case in your own words and attach copies of all collected documentation.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t

Kada zavr\u0161ite kod mati\u010dara, a sumnja se nije povukla, obratite se bolnici u kojoj se majka porodila. Na pisarnici podnesite pisani zahtev u dva primerka i tra\u017eite dokumentaciju radi provere da li je beba umrla ili je mrtvoro\u0111ena. Dokumentacija koju treba da zatra\u017eite: 1. Otpusne liste majke i novoro\u0111en\u010deta 2. Istorije bolesti majke i novoro\u0111en\u010deta 3. Temperaturne liste majke i novoro\u0111en\u010deta 4. Fotokopiju prijemnog protokola 5. List o prijemu majke 6. Prijavu ro\u0111enja deteta 7. Fotokopiju protokola o poro\u0111aju 8. Uput bebe i majke u drugu ustanovu 9. Sprovodnicu le\u0161a 10 Karton novoro\u0111en\u010deta 11. Potvrdu o smrti bebe 12 Zahtev za obdukciju bebe 13. Zapisnik o obdukciji bebe 14. Obdukcioni nalaz bebe 15. Identifikacioni karton bebe 16. Fotokopije svih relevantnih protokola ROK ZA DOSTAVLJANJE: 15 DANA Tra\u017eite da vam dokumentaciju dostave na ku\u0107nu adresu. Kada je dobijete, zamolite lekara ili drugu osobu iz medicinske struke kojoj verujete da je pregleda. \u010cak i nekoliko dokumenata mo\u017ee biti dovoljno da se uo\u010de nelogi\u010dnosti i odlu\u010di da li potragu treba nastaviti. \u010cETVRTI KORAK Nastavite potragu i podnesite prijavu. Ako prikupljena dokumentacija sadr\u017ei nelogi\u010dnosti ili sumnja nastavlja da raste, potragu nastavite kroz gradski arhiv, groblje i nadle\u017eno javno tu\u017eila\u0161tvo. 01 Obratite se gradskom arhivu Ponovo podnesite pisani zahtev u dva primerka i zatra\u017eite kompletnu medicinsku dokumentaciju. Ako dobijete odgovor da je nema, tra\u017eite da pisano navedu da li nedostaje sva dokumentacija iz te godine ili samo va\u0161a. 02 Proverite evidenciju groblja Obratite se gradskom groblju, odnosno svim grobljima ako ih ima vi\u0161e. U dva primerka zatra\u017eite pisanu potvrdu da li je beba sahranjena, kada i na kom mestu. Tra\u017eite proveru evidencije za celu godinu. 03 Podnesite krivi\u010dnu prijavu Ako dokumentacija sadr\u017ei neta\u010dnosti, izmene ili druga neslaganja, obratite se nadle\u017enom javnom tu\u017eila\u0161tvu.
